On our site, we run off of a five warning system. Based off of certain rules, a member might be warned multiple times for a single action depending on the severity of what was done. If there is any question about which warning level you're at, simply ask William, Amelia (Holo), or Iridia.
The levels of warnings will proceed as follows:
Verbal Warning: You will be verbally warned by any staff member without any consequence
Level 1: You will be moved up in danger level by 25%. This is a percentage that only the Staff and Warned member will be able to see.
Level 2: 50%
Level 3: 75%
Level 4: 100%
Past this level, a member is due for other punishment options such as temporary suspension from the site to completely banishment. It is important to note that based certain circumstances, such matters may be over looked and cases may be taken on directly by the Staff for review. This is also based on severity.
REPORTING
If there is a case where a member finds another breaking any of the rules that have been stated on the site, said member is encouraged to report the other. Even if it is just a suspicion that what they're doing might be breaking the rules, it is best to report and allow us to handle the situation accordingly. The Staff will review the situation and decide if it is in fact breaking the rules.
Steps to report:
1. Click the small wrench at the top right of the post you wish to report.
2. Hit report post
3. File report with the appropriate information, such as what rule was broken. If it does not break a known rule, speak up on the concern that such a rule should be put in place here as well.
