Welcome to the Adoption Agency!
This is the adoption center. This where you can post character descriptions for any character that you presently have but do not actively roleplay. They can then be given out rather than killed in order to make it easier on the roleplayer and still keep the connections that the character had. This will also be made for those people who have been accused of not roleplaying their character's enough, and this is where they will be adopted out for another member to roleplay with said character. Every so often, there will be originals posted that have not been roleplayed with, placed up for adoption so that others may begin any associated plot with that character. (Creating such characters is open to anyone wishing to begin a plot with such a character that they put up.)
The process of adoption is rather simple, but it will be gone through step-by-step below.
1. Listing the abandoned character.
-In order to list them, simply post their filled out description below. The required description information will be found and the bottom of this post.
2. The Waiting Period
-During this time, the character will be sitting and waiting for adoption.
3. The Adoption (Multi-step process)
-Message the original poster of the character (or original owner and the poster, if adopted out multiple times) about any terms of the adoption.
-Negotiate the terms (What can and can't be done, plot lines, who's their mate, who's their children, etc.)
-Message William or any other Moderator to alert them of the change in ownership and the terms of adoption,
4. The Reintroduction
-The adopter will then post a roleplay to reintroduce them and reestablish any relationships.
Seems simple enough, right? Good. If there are any questions, please message William about the process. Now, on to the rules about adoption. There aren't that many, don't worry too much. There's just enough to cover a few different things.
Rules
1. You may not put your first character up for adoption (but you may kill them, if so desired)
2. You must uphold the terms of the adoption. If not, the original owner has the right to adopt them out again or take them back.
3. Do not use this for long term ghosting contracts, only do this if you truly want to get rid of the character.
4. You must stay true to the character (excluding changes due to major events)
5. Any adoption not posted but done privately is not recognized. (With the exception of a person leaving the site.)

This particular description does not differ heavily from the description parts in the normal descriptions, the main difference being that all parts must be filled out.
